Goal: Work with the engineering department to create a new manual that promotes the safe use of their newly released hay rake.

• Research and develop text and safety signs to identify potentially hazardous situations.

• Reduces the potential of losing liability lawsuits which therefore helped decrease insurance premiums.

• Develop complementary illustrations from CAD drawings that clarify the written material and increase the customer’s understanding of how to operate the equipment.

• Increased the quality level and readability of product manuals.
