Goal: Create wordless instructions for international use
Created and implemented a concept of image-driven instructions to eliminate the need for translation when used in non_English speaking markets.
Instructions had to be simple enough for anyone with very basic mechanical skills to assemble and install the security devices.
The goal was to reduce the number of phone calls to the company’s product specialist due to insufficient or unclear instructions.
The image-driven instructions crossed the language barrier of using the instruction sheets in other countries due to the mostly wordless content.
Significantly reduced or eliminated the need and cost for text translation.
