New startup company that needed manuals to fulfill their testing and certification requirements.
Researched and documented products as they were nearing release to the public.
Provided manuals for units from 200,000 BTU to 3,000,000 BTU with sections including safety, installation, operation, troubleshooting, and replacement parts. Also provided manuals for accessory products like the iB300.
Worked directly with a representative of Intertek to fulfill their regulatory standards and requirements.
Worked with Intellihot engineers for the manuals to comply with the requirements for Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listing.
Researched and developed setup and operational screens which guide the end-user through the startup and operation of the product.
