Create installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures with emphasis on the consumer safely operating and maintaining the liftgates.
Create parts book illustrations and part number tables to support the maintenance and repair of the liftgates.
Created Quick Reference Guides to be used as more of a checklist by seasoned installers during installation.
Worked with a videography team to develop a script for installation videos.
